Accounting
We will handle all rent
collection and documentation. All
receipts for rent, maintenance and repairs will be maintained in your
file. On a monthly basis we will provide
basic accounting to you of all money received and disbursed. This statement will be mailed out on the 20th
of each month along with your rental check.
Arrangements can be made for more frequent rental deposits.
