Property Inspection
Digital photos of your
property will be taken at move in and move out of each tenant. We will do a walk through with the
tenant
at the beginning and end of the lease term.
The tenant will also be required to sign a conditions report on their
unit at move in and move out. Maggannie
will perform random drive-bys to inspect the exterior of your property as well
as periodic interior inspections of each unit as specified in the lease.
