Rates/Fees
We have very competitive
rates. All fees paid to Maggannie are
tax deductible expenses. There are no initial
start-up fees and we will not collect any fees until the unit has been
rented. Once rented our fee is a
percentage of the rent that is deducted from the rental payment collected each
month.
Currently we have 4
different service packages to choose from;
Platinum Plus – 14%
Silver – 8%
We can provide a rental
assistant only service for a flat fee of one month rent. This service can be provided without signing
a full contract. It includes marketing the
property, screening tenants, showing the property, lease preparation and
signing, move in documentation, collection of first months rent and security
deposits.
