Rental Maintenance & Repairs

We can handle all maintenance, repairs and emergencies as needed. Our network of plumbers, painters, landscapers, handymen, electricians, carpenters and repairmen are ready to assist you. Our relationship with these craftsmen enables us to pass a huge discount on to you for most of your repair needs. We can schedule upgrades and renovations regularly or on an as needed basis. We can provide you with a schedule of recommended repairs, services and maintenance. For repairs less than $200.00 (not to exceed $1,000.00 per property in a calendar year) we will schedule and forward details of work and receipts with your monthly statement. For repairs over $200.00 we will provide you with an estimate and seek your approval prior to any work being done. You will have the option to customize our standard $200.00 limit to a higher or lower amount on your individual contract.
