Maggannie Company History

Maggannie Property Management was founded by Valerie Jefferson. As a young girl Valerie helped her family manage their various rental properties by cleaning, sweeping, shoveling and painting. She learned first hand what the benefits of the 1^st of the month were and witnessed the potential headaches associated with rental properties.

Soon after college Valerie entered the world of homeownership and became a landlord. As a landlord of a 3 family home Valerie was able to build a network of contractors, carpenters, landscapers, electricians, handymen and masons that she could trust. She often worked right along side these tradesmen to learn and to help move projects along. She became the “go-to” women in her office for home improvement ideas and tips, volunteering her time and energy to help family, friends and co-workers with their repairs and renovations.

Valerie Jefferson holds not just hammers and power tools but a BS in Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University and a MS in Business Management from Albertus Magnus. Maggannie PM LLC became her brainchild after realizing the impact poorly maintained rental properties were having on the property value of her own home. In an effort to create a way to help people maintain the benefits of rental properties without facing the daily hassles of maintenance and up keep Maggannie PM LLC was created.

The Maggannie Property Management team has grown and so has their portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The Maggannie team will deliver reliable, confidential and personal attention to your property. Valerie and her partner will oversee most projects at your property personally, never failing to jump in when necessary and hold a ladder or hammer a nail.
