At Maggannie we seek the most reliable and qualified tenants. We will meet all candidates and perform the following screenings on rental applicants:

- Credit checks
- Employment verification
- Checks of criminal history
- Personal & professional reference checks
- Previous landlord checks

You will be provided with all information gathered as well as our executive summary of the prospective tenant. If you choose, an interview will be set-up with you and the final candidate. The final tenant choice will be yours unless otherwise stated.
